LIC Recruitment 2016 – AAO Exam Pattern & Notification
Life Insurance Corporation of India has released recruitment notification for Assistant Administrative Officer (Generalist) vacancies for the year 2016-17. The exam is going to be conducted in March 2016.

Number of Vacancies: 700 (General – 349 / SC – 106 / ST – 53 / OBC – 192)
Application Fee: (I) For SC/ST/PWD – Rs. 100/- (II) For All Other Candidates – Rs. 600/-
Age (as on 1st December, 2015): Minimum Age – 21 years & Maximum Age – 30 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd December, 1985 and not later than 1st December, 1994 (Both days inclusive).
Qualification (as on 1st December, 2015): Bachelor/Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/ Institution
Salary & Benefits: Approximately Rs 40,245/- per month in ‘A’ Class city (Inclusive of House Rent Allowance & admissible City Compensatory Allowance).
Selection Procedure: On the basis of On-line exam followed by the Interview of shortlisted candidates.
On-line Exam: It will be an objective type, multiple choice exam of 2 hr duration. The exam pattern will be as follows:-

How to Apply:
(I) Visit the LIC website www.licindia.in and click on the “Careers” to open the link “Recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer 2016”.
(II) To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration”. Enter your Name, Contact Details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system. (Note down this Provisional Registration Number and Password).
(III) Fill in all the other details in the Application Form, click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT.
Mode of Payment:
(I) The application form is integrated with the payment gateway.
(II) The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.
